Simple pricing, displayed clearly

Access to the map, to the abnormal-load road networks and to the La Chaîne community space, and two (2) route builds in total for the entire duration of the account. A route build means the first successful computation of a route between a given origin and destination: recomputations and adjustments of an already-built route (stops, category, options) are not counted.

Yes: the Discovery plan is free with no time limit, with two free route builds, the map of the official abnormal-load (TE) networks and access to La Chaîne, no credit card required. Move to Essentiel whenever you are ready, with a three (3), six (6) or twelve (12) month commitment depending on your needs.

At any time, free of charge, from your account or by simple request to contact@bdr-systemes.com. With no commitment in progress, the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month. When a commitment is in progress, the cancellation takes effect at the end of that commitment period: the monthly instalments remaining until that date remain due and are charged on their usual monthly due dates, and in return you keep full access to the service until that same date.

Yes: consumers have fourteen (14) days from subscription, without having to give a reason. As subscribing constitutes a request for immediate performance of the service, the service provided up to the withdrawal is due pro rata; as payment is monthly, only the first monthly instalment has been charged at that point, the pro rata is computed on that single month and the balance is refunded within fourteen (14) days. Any commitment period taken out ends with the contract and no later instalment is due. Fleet subscriptions, taken out for professional purposes, benefit from it only under the conditions of article L221-3 of the French Consumer Code.

The Fleet plan is subscribed in tiers of 2, 3, 5, 10 or 15 seats, at €20 excl. VAT per seat per month (i.e. €40, €60, €100, €200 and €300 excl. VAT per month respectively), with a three (3), six (6) or twelve (12) month commitment — the same discounts as the Essentiel plan (5% over six months, 10% over twelve months). Every seat has, with no volume limit, the features of the Expert plan; the enterprise account allows management of the members of the organisation. The number of active members of the organisation may not exceed the number of seats in the subscribed tier; moving to a higher tier is done by subscribing to the corresponding tier. Beyond fifteen (15) seats, terms are set by quotation, on request to contact@bdr-systemes.com. The Fleet plan does not benefit from the “first 500” launch discounts.

All prices shown are expressed exclusive of taxes (excl. VAT); VAT at the current rate (20%) is stated next to each price and applied at payment.

The commitment bears on the duration of the contract, not on how it is paid: the monthly instalment is charged in advance every month for the whole duration of the commitment. On the Essentiel plan, the €11.40 and €10.80 excl. VAT monthly prices correspond to discounts of 5% and 10% respectively on the reference three (3) month commitment price (€12.00 excl. VAT), granted for a longer commitment (six or twelve months). The Expert and Fleet plans get the same discount rates, applied to their own three (3) month reference price. At the end of the commitment period, the subscription is tacitly renewed month by month, on the same plan and at the same monthly price; the commitment is not renewed, and articles L215-1 to L215-3 of the French Consumer Code apply to renewals.

Payment is made by card through our payment provider SystemPay (Lyra Network). Card data is collected and processed exclusively by SystemPay: we never have access to it.

No: no advertising cookies, no third-party audience measurement, no social media buttons. A single technical sign-in cookie, containing no personal data, is used for single sign-on between the platform's sites — it is exempt from prior consent. There is therefore nothing to accept or to refuse.

Navigation tracking is computed entirely on your device; if you leave the planned route, your instant position is sent to our servers to refresh nearby structure alerts, and is not retained there. “My position” at departure is treated as a manually entered address, and is only kept if you save the route. No data is sold or passed to third parties for advertising purposes, and no transfer outside the European Union takes place, by design.

On the Essentiel plan: eight (8) route builds per month, saving four (4) routes per month kept for thirty (30) days, resuming each saved route once, receiving four (4) shared routes per month. On the Discovery plan: two (2) route builds in total, saving up to two (2) routes kept for ten (10) days, receiving two (2) shared routes in total. The Expert and Fleet plans are not subject to any of these limits. Invoices for paid plans can be downloaded as a PDF from your account; for Fleet plans, access is reserved to high-privilege profiles. Support replies within two (2) business days on paid plans.
